Contradictory modules in External Libraries in Python

Have you ever got the error:  “ModuleNotFoundError: No module named”

but when you try installing the module it says “Requirement already satisfied”.

The reason behind this might be that you have installed the same module in the Python version you have downloaded from and that you are trying to install the module in your current environment (Ex: Jupyter Notebook or PyCharm) again, which gives out this error.

Uninstall the module in the Python that you have installed from and install it on the environment you want to.
